3rd of July Vendor Space
This reserves vendor space for 1 vendor. This space will accomodate 1 vehicle (truck or trailer) and associated area for preparing food, if needed. The fee stated is ONLY to reserve the space. All vendors must pay 20% of net sales. The $75 fee is a prepayment towards that 20%. Vendors who do not show up or fail to sell enough to cover the $75 fee will not be refunded.
Vendors with other prior arrangements must contact beechgrovefireworks@gmail.com to renew that arrangement prior to registering online.
Vendors must obtain any health department permits needed prior to the event.
NO ALCOHOL or TOBACCO/NICOTINE SALES PERMITTED!
Rain Day Policy
If the event is cancelled, the rain date is August 8th, 2026. Vendors may chose to retain their space and no further action will be needed. Alternatively, vendors may choose to cancel for a refund. Refund request due to cancellation must be received by July 31st, 2026. If the rain date should also cancel, all vendors will be refunded the registration fee.
Refund Policy
Vendor space reservations are not refundable, except as outlined in the rain day policy.
Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is 20% of net. The space reservation fee is applied towards the vendor fee. If the vendor does not show or should net less than the amount that the $75 covers, there is no refund.
Note: A vendor grandfathered by a previous agreement must contact beechgrovefireworks@gmail.com prior to registering.
Roaming Sales
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, roaming sales beyond the vendor space alloted is not permitted.
Giveaways / Free Items
Other than water, no food or beverages may be given away for free until after the event has concluded.
Pending Approval
All vendors space is pending host approval. If approval is not given, a full refund will be provided.
Prohibited Sales
The following is a partial, but not complete list of prohibited sales items:
- Fireworks
- Alcohol
- Tobacco / Vape / Nicotine Products
- Weapons
- Second hand goods
- Illegal drugs
The Beech Grove Promoters Club has the final discretion. Selling any of the above items, or continuing to sell any items once informed they are not permitted will result in immediate revocation of vendor space without a refund.
